Ronald McDonald House Charities are proud to host the 2022 International Health, Educators, Learners, Parents (H.E.L.P.) Conference at the Radisson Blu Sydney on Monday 29 August and Tuesday 30 August 2022. The theme for this year's conference is "Re Connect and Re Imagine" as we re-unite in person after the past two years.

Every year, thousands of children are treated for serious illness. The impact of hospitalisation, medications and lengthy rehabilitation is often the tip of the iceberg for these families. As professionals and parents - the experts and leaders from the fields of Health and Education, we are here to discuss the implications of chronic illness on children and consider practical strategies to help children and families. By focusing on the latest research and innovative health and education practices, we can help improve educational and psychological outcomes for children with serious illness. 

Together, we can bridge the gap between Health and Education to improve future outcomes for students with serious illnesses and their families.

Full Two Day Registration

Earlybird $495
Standard $595

The Full Two Day Registration rate includes attendance for both days of the Conference, all catering and the Conference Dinner on Monday evening.

    Single Day Registration

    Earlybird $350
    Standard $450

    The Single Day Registration rate includes attendance and catering for that day only.


    Single Day $99
    Two Day $198

    The Virtual Registration rate includes streamed keynote presentations only, with viewing available for up to one week post event.

    Terms & Conditions


    Cancellations and amendments must be received in writing to Isabella@alignmentevents.com.au. Cancellations by Friday 1 July 2022 will be accepted and fees refunded less 50% of the registration rate. No refunds will be authorised after Friday 1 July 2022. Substitute participants are welcome.


    Sponsorship and/or Exhibitor cancellations received 90-days prior to the event will be reviewed and reimbursed at the discretion of the Ronald McDonald House Charities. Cancellations received after 90 days from the event will not receive a refund. All cancellations must be emailed to isabella@alignmentevents.com.au.


    Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that participants take out their own general insurance. It is suggested that the insurance policy should also cover loss of fees/deposit, airfares, accommodation charges, medical expenses, loss or damage to personal property and repatriation expenses.

    The insurance should cover loss arising from cancellation of the conference by the organiser or a person's inability to attend due to any reason whatsoever. No responsibility is taken by the conference managers for any person not holding insurance.  


    We recognise that your privacy is very important and we are committed to protecting your personal information provided when registering. The personal information we collect, use, disclose, and otherwise manage will abide by the Privacy ACT 1988 (Privacy Act) and the Australian Privacy Principles.


    Generally, we only use and disclose personal information about you for the purpose for which it was collected. For example:


    1. Conference information and updates
    2. Providing information and updates
    3. Providing invoices for conference registration payment
    4. Notifying receipt of payment
    5. Confirming adjustments requested by you


    If the personal information provided is incomplete and/or inaccurate, we may be unable to provide you with conference related notifications. Please contact Alignment Event Solutions should you not receive a receipt of registration once submitted to ensure we have your correct contact details.
