Ronald McDonald House Charities Australia are proud to host the 2024 International Health, Educators, Learners, Parents (H.E.L.P.) Conference,  in collaboration with the H.E.L.P. Alliance.

Every year, thousands of children are treated for serious illness. The impact of hospitalisation, medications and lengthy rehabilitation is often the tip of the iceberg for these families. As professionals and parents - the experts and leaders from the fields of Health and Education, we are here to discuss the implications of chronic illness on children and consider practical strategies to help children and families.

Together, we can help bridge the gap between Health and Education to improve outcomes for students with serious illnesses and their families. Aligning with our conference theme ‘Building a Stronger Future Together’.

Single Day Registration

The Single Day Registration rate includes:

  • Conference attendance and catering for that day only
  • Tickets for the Cocktail Event on Wed 7 August can be purchased at $90 per person when registering

Cancellations and amendments must be received in writing to Alignment Event Solutions (isabella@alignmentevents.com.au). Refunds will be authorised at the discretion of Ronald McDonald House Charities Australia. Substitute participants are welcome. Should you cancel your registration by email and not receive a response within 24 hours, please call Alignment Event Solutions (+61 2 9371 1893).


Sponsorship and/or Exhibitor cancellations received 90-days prior to the event will be reviewed and reimbursed at the discretion of the Ronald McDonald House Charities Australia. Cancellations received after 90 days from the event will not receive a refund. All cancellations must be emailed to isabella@alignmentevents.com.au.


Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that participants take out their own general insurance. It is suggested that the insurance policy should also cover loss of fees/deposit, airfares, accommodation charges, medical expenses, loss or damage to personal property and repatriation expenses.

The insurance should cover loss arising from cancellation of the conference by the organiser or a person's inability to attend due to any reason whatsoever. No responsibility is taken by the conference managers for any person not holding insurance.


We recognise that your privacy is very important and we are committed to protecting your personal information provided when registering. The personal information we collect, use, disclose, and otherwise manage will abide by the Privacy ACT 1988 (Privacy Act) and the Australian Privacy Principles.


Generally, we only use and disclose personal information about you for the purpose for which it was collected. For example:


  1. - Conference information and updates
  2. - Providing invoices for conference registration payment
  3. - Notifying receipt of payment
  4. - Confirming adjustments requested by you


If the personal information provided is incomplete and/or inaccurate, we may be unable to provide you with conference related notifications. Please contact Alignment Event Solutions should you not receive a receipt of registration to ensure we have your correct contact details.
